A: Additional ferry trips may be added depending on tide conditions and operational requirements. Currently, there are no extra trips scheduled.

A: Yes, there is currently a direct ferry service from Langkawi to Satun. You may book your ticket easily through the Cuti Cuti Langkawi website or mobile app.
Q: Can I buy ferry tickets at the terminal?
A:Yes, tickets can be purchased at the terminal counter, subject to availability. However, we highly recommend booking online in advance to secure your preferred travel time and avoid disappointment due to fully booked trips.
Q: Can I use a digital ticket or must I print it?
J: Yes, digital tickets are accepted.You may either:
- Print the PDF version of your ticket, or
- Simply show the e-ticket on your mobile device and scan the QR code at the terminal for boarding.
Q: Is there a direct ferry from Penang to Langkawi currently operating?
A:As of now, the ferry service from Penang to Langkawi is not operational. Only ferry routes from Kuala Kedah and Kuala Perlis are currently available for travel to Langkawi.

Q: Can I bring my vehicle (car) to Langkawi?
A: Yes, you can bring your vehicle via the RORO ferry service from Kuala Perlis only. Bookings can also be made through our platform.
