Semua penumpang digalakan membuat pembelian tiket bersama voucher Test Kit Covid19 secara atas talian dan saringan Covid19 boleh di lakukan di terminal jeti sahaja sebelum naik feri.
Tuntutan Test Kit dan saringan boleh di buat di kaunter Feri dan kemudahan Tracvirus di Terminal. Tunjuk tiket Feri atau resit pembelian apabila membuat saringan.
Sistem saringan Tracvirus di tetapkan di Terminal sehingga tiada kes positif Covid19. Dalam keadaan SOP yang belum diwajibkan, pihak Feri akan bekerjasama dengan Tracvirus untuk menyelaraskan SOP swasta mengikut kesejahteraan semua pihak dari semasa ke semasa, selaras saranan daripada pihak KKM.
Voucher hanya untuk tuntutan Test Kit atau membuat saringan Covid19 di Terminal sahaja, dan sah laku dalam masa 30 hari dari tarikh pembelian.
Sistem Feri, Tracvirus dan kemudahan berkaitan adalah selaras dengan sistem kerajaan sedia ada demi kemudahan check-in dan kesejahteraan semua pihak secara pantas dan sehenti.
All passengers are encouraged to book ticket together with Covid19 Test Kit voucher online and testing can be done at Tracvirus counter at the Terminal only before boarding.
Claim your Test Kit and do your test at Ferry counter or Tracvirus counter at the Terminal. Show your Ferry ticket or purchase receipt to conduct testing.
Testing facility will be stationed at Termimal until there is no more positive Covid19 cases. In the situation of SOP without compulsory Covid19 testing, Ferry shall work together with Tracvirus to implement house rules from time to time for the convenience of all parties, inline with KKM encouragement.
Voucher is only meant for Test Kit claims or Covid19 testing only at the Terminal, and valid for 30 days only from the date of purchase.
All passengers are allowed to bring their own RT-PCR or RTK-Antigen test result from any qualified health facilities within 48 hours before departure, or pay at the terminal health facility at terminal for test result verification.
Ferry, Tracvirus and other related systems are inline with existing government systems, for the convenience of all parties to achieve fast and one stop check-in experience.
